LiveReception provides a function of internal chat between operators.

        Login LiveReception. If you want to chat with another operator, there are two ways to start it.

           1st way. Right click the target operator, and choose Request the internal chat.

           2nd way. Click Internal Chat shortcut button.

        If you choose the 2nd way, there will be a list of online operators. Choose your target operator and Enter.

        Then the target operator would be in the Internal Chat list.
